Vanity: Though it is ironic that you call Miss Adira innocent...
Vanity: Considering she was in on it at the start...
Vanity: I came to her ages ago, travelling the long way around, to explain the plan.
Vanity: That we wanted to break out the innocent wolves from your camps.
Vanity: Do you know what goes on in that Wolfpen of yours? Many are guilty of nothing but being wolves.
Vanity: It took barely any convincing at all.
Vanity: All she had to do was connect her tavern to a new Riftwall and keep it secret, until we could get them out.
Vanity: But we also used it to get in.
Vanity: It wasn’t until she realized the other part of the plan that she suddenly got cold feet...
Vanity: She tried to seal her side back up, hoping that would be the end of it.
Vanity: But by then we’d learned how it worked. I just needed her body.
Vanity: That’s why I’m here.
Vanity: So, not quite the damsel in distress you thought? I doubt the citizens will be happy with her for that.
Vanity: Hope you didn’t go to all this trouble to save her, just to have to lead her to gallows for treason tomorrow.
