Natani: No! Not bad, it’s just… after all of that build up, I was expecting it to be more… I dunno… eventful? Momentous? Just… anything to help me sort out my feelings once and for all, but it was just… Brief.
Keith: Sigh, I know… I tried, but I was probably almost as reluctant as you. Not that I didn’t want to, but… I think deep down… even knowing your secret, I really have seen you as one of the guys! So this change was a bit strange for me too.
Natani: (thoughts) “One of the guys”?
Keith: I guess I can see now how you must feel, at least a little, kissing someone you view as a guy. It must have been really hard for you. Sorry it ended up being disappointing.
Natani: Keith…
Keith: Huh— Mmph!
Natani: (thoughts) Well, it wouldn’t hurt to try again!
